Prepare and devise a proposal for clients who wish to bring the medical claims management function in-house;

Analyze, evaluate and advise the client with respect to staffing requirements and medical claims management databases necessary to achieve this goal; and

Provide continuing service and consulting assistance to ensure the success of the in-house program.


	Personnel Support

Our attorneys are available to assist with all aspects of medical malpractice claims management including the investigation, management and administration of the claims;

We are available to attend mediations, settlement conferences, and trials on your behalf; and

This support is available to cover short-term needs such as medical leave of personnel or can be utilized long-term as needed by the client.


	Audits

Review and analyze client files to determine loss exposure and sufficiency of indemnity and expense
reserves; and

Conduct periodic reviews to monitor loss experience and reserve history.
